This notice covers the MNC Technology website, enquiries and the transition readiness assessment. It does not replace any separately agreed terms for client engagements.

MNC Technology Limited operates this website. For questions about personal information, or to make a privacy request, contact hello@mnctechnology.co.uk.
02 / Information involved
- Enquiries: if you email us, your message may include your name, email address, organisation and the information you choose to share.
- Readiness assessments: the assessment uses your selected transition type, programme stage and written programme context to generate a readiness and risk summary.
- Website requests: visiting the site and submitting an assessment involves technical information such as an IP address, browser information and request details. Hosting and AI services may process technical records when delivering and protecting their services.
03 / Why information is processed
Information is used to respond to enquiries, generate the assessment you request and operate the website and assessment service. The assessment is a preliminary AI-generated view, not a technical diligence report or a go/no-go decision.
04 / AI processing and confidentiality
Submitting an assessment sends the programme context to an external AI service through Lovable AI Gateway. The generated response is returned to your browser. External processing is involved even when you do not download the result.
Anonymised context only
Do not submit names of people, clients or transactions, personal data, credentials, restricted technical details or information you are not authorised to share with an AI service. Anonymising names alone may not be enough if the remaining details identify someone or reveal a confidential transaction.
The confirmation beside the form is an acknowledgement that your context is anonymised and authorised for AI processing. It is not permission to submit another person’s personal information.
If your programme requires an NDA, approved suppliers or specific data-handling terms, contact us before using the assessment. Do not assume those arrangements apply to this public tool.
05 / Service providers and overseas processing
The website, email and AI assessment involve external service providers. The AI assessment is not processed solely within MNC Technology. Provider processing may involve locations outside the UK.
Contact us before submitting information if you need confirmation of the applicable providers, processing locations, international transfer arrangements, retention periods or use of data for model training. This notice does not promise UK-only processing, zero provider retention or exclusion from model training.
06 / Retention and downloaded results
No assessment history is offered on this website. This is not a guarantee that hosting or AI providers keep no records. Clearing the form, stopping an assessment or closing the page does not constitute a deletion request to those providers.
If you download a result, the file is saved to your device and is subject to your organisation’s handling and retention requirements. Email correspondence is separate from the assessment; contact us to discuss retention or deletion of information you have sent by email.
07 / Your privacy rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights to access or correct your personal information, request erasure or restricted processing, object to processing, or obtain a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. These rights are subject to conditions and exceptions.
